Deposits

All deposits must be received within 10 days of reserving your cottage or hunt dates.

To confirm a reservation, a deposit must be received by February 1 of the same year.

Not having a deposit sent by Feb. 1 could result in loss of reservation.

All Deposits Are Non Refundable

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations affect our business significantly,

especially last minute cancellations or "no shows".

With short notice, it is impossible to rebook cottages,

boat rentals or hunting and fishing packages.

All cancellations with less than 60 days notice,

will leave the reservation holder responsible for

100% of the reservation and/or package original cost.

Other Policies

Cottages:

Cottages are expected to be clean and tidy as found on arrival.  If cottage is unreasonably unclean at check out, an extra $50.00 will be billed to the reservation holder for clean up.

Breakage:

All breakage or damage of cottages, cottage contents, boats, outboard motors & other equipment is the sole responsibility of the reservation holder.

Boat & Motor Operation:

No person under the age of 18 will be allowed to operate boats & motors.

Jet Skis or Ski Boats:

Not allowed

Outpost Guests:

Guests staying in our Outpost cabin are required to leave the cabin and grounds clean and tidy or a charge for clean up will be billed to the reservation holder. All garbage and fuel containers must be brought back to main camp at departure.

No Pets:

For everyone's safety, pets are not allowed in the main camp. Outpost guests and pets are welcome along with bird hunting dogs in season (extra charge).

Children:

All children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Noise:

All guests are required to maintain reasonable quietness after 11 pm.

Tax / Licenses / Boat Fuel:

All are an extra charge unless included in package.

Snowmobile /  ATV Packages:

Amount of people reserved in advance will be the amount charged on arrival unless cancellations / adjustments are made well in advance.

Undesirable Conduct:

Owners reserve the right to terminate any guest's stay, due to undesirable behavior

or conduct, without a refund.

Golden Eagle Camp Owners and Staff are not responsible for any misfortunes or accidents on the premises or off premises activities.
